Both panels have a non-stick coating on their inner faces, ensuring effortless release of cooked egg rolls and easy cleaning. The central handle is 22 cm long, made from stainless steel with a silicone grip, enabling you to flip the entire unit without risk of burns. To use, place the baker over a gas burner, preheat for three minutes, pour batter onto the lower panel, close the upper panel using the handle, and flip the whole device to cook the reverse side evenly. A locking clip secures the two panels during flipping, preventing any batter from spilling out. Cooking time is about 45 seconds per side.
