Description

This baker is made from aluminium alloy with a uniform thickness of 2.3 mm, providing reliable heat distribution across its 18 cm circular cooking plate. The surface is coated with a non-stick layer that releases food easily and resists daily wear. The baker features a hinged upper plate that closes over the lower plate, pressing batter into thin, even layers for crispy egg rolls. The handle is a single piece of polished stainless steel, 16 cm long, with a silicone sleeve for a comfortable, non-slip grip. A notable feature is the cone-shaped attachment included with the baker, which allows you to roll warm wafers into cones immediately after cooking. To use, place the baker over a gas burner, preheat for two to three minutes, pour batter onto the lower plate, and close the lid. Cook for 60 to 90 seconds, then open and remove the wafer. While still warm and pliable, wrap it around the cone attachment and hold for a few seconds to set the shape. The baker also works for making thin pancakes, crêpes, and even small tortillas. After use, allow the baker to cool, then wipe the plates with a damp cloth. Hand washing is recommended; do not immerse the unit in water.
