Handheld Egg Roll and Waffle Cone Baking Tool

Description

This handheld tool combines two functions in one lightweight device. It is constructed from food-grade aluminium with a double-sided non-stick finish. The cooking plate is round, 17 cm in diameter, and the entire tool measures 30 cm in length. The handle is made of natural wood, shaped ergonomically to fit comfortably in your palm, and it stays cool during use. The hinged design allows you to press batter thinly for crispy egg rolls or waffle cones. To use, place the tool over a gas flame, preheat for a couple of minutes, pour a small ladleful of batter onto the centre of the plate, and close the top plate firmly. A spring mechanism applies even pressure, ensuring uniform browning. After 45 to 60 seconds, open and remove the cooked wafer. You can immediately roll it into a cone using the included wooden roller (sold separately). The non-stick surface requires only a light oil wipe before each batch. Clean the tool with a soft, damp cloth; avoid using metal utensils on the cooking area. This tool is not dishwasher-safe. It works best on gas hobs, though it can also be used on electric coil stoves with care. Its lightweight (520 g) and compact size make it ideal for small kitchens, camping, or caravan trips.
