Description

This stovetop pan is made from cast aluminium with a diamond-patterned non-stick interior that promotes even browning and crisp texture. The cooking surface measures 21 cm in diameter and has slightly raised edges to keep batter from running off. The handle is a 10 cm long stainless-steel piece, riveted securely to the pan body for lasting attachment. This pan is a single-sided open design—you pour the batter and tilt the pan to spread it, then flip manually with a spatula. It excels at making thin, delicate egg rolls, as well as crêpes, blinis, and even pancakes. The non-stick coating is scratch-resistant and works with minimal oil. To cook, heat the pan over a medium gas flame, add a small amount of oil or butter, pour the batter, and tilt the pan in a circular motion to cover the base evenly. Once the edges start to lift, flip with a spatula and cook the other side briefly. The pan’s lightweight (approx. 700 g) construction makes it easy to handle, even for those with limited wrist strength. After use, allow it to cool, then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly before storing. This pan is suitable for gas, electric, and ceramic hobs, but not induction. It comes with a hanging hole for convenient storage.
